Lu Lyu

Lu Lyu's artwork focus on fluid geometry transformation through linkages and movements powered by motors. Her fascination lies in exploring the captivating storytelling potential of kinetic sculptures, where form is utilized to convey the simultaneous opposites within an object—soft/hard, stretching/squeezing, positive/negative.

Currently, she is immersed in the creation of a series titled "Lemnos." This collection draws inspiration from the island of Lemnos, a utopian female enclave featuring the legendary labyrinth.

璐璐往往使用木头，电机，微控制器，在几何形变与雕塑的线条中寻找和谐。她喜欢雕塑，形态可以讲故事，她喜欢用雕塑的动态讲第二层故事。她的作品用形变展现一件物体同时存在的对立面，柔软/坚硬，舒展/挤压，正形/负形。

现在她正在做一个东女国系列作品。它一个海上乌托邦女国。传说中的迷宫就在这个海岛国上。向东行驶，你会遇到这个传说中的岛屿。
